China Day

Our homeschool co-op did a China Day on Friday and had a super turnout - at least 50 children attended. We learned about the persecuted Church in China and how to pray for them. We packed Bibles to be sent to families in China. We made paper lanterns and kites and learned about the Chinese Alphabet and their art. We had a speaker talk about her family's experience living in China. We divided the children Olympic teams and competed in various gym games. We finished our day with a Chinese potluck lunch.
